If you're a bit afraid of the dark sometimes and a boring old inanimate lamp just isn't enough then who could be a better night buddy than R2D2?! Ready to defy the dark and all its forces!

R2D2 might seem a little bit clumsy sometimes, but he makes a very dynamic lamp, you know. The figure is heavily angled (see photo): it looks like he just stuck his head through the wall, LOL! This effect is enhanced by the included sticker that makes your wall look like it's been broken through.

R2D2's main light comes from the 2 lamps at the top and on the front of his helmet, which together, provides an atmospheric, (not too) bright light.

Switch the lamp on and off with the button on the lower right side. You can choose the timer mode too, where R2 will light up for 30 minutes before shutting himself down automatically. The lamp contains LEDs and needs x3 AA batteries (not included). That means no cables and R2 doesn't need to search for a power socket. Screws and dowels are included –(you just need the usual tools to mount the lamp).
