According to the American author H.P. Lovecraft, it is only a matter of time before the apocalypse is upon us. For of all the Great Old Ones coming from the remotest corners of the universe, some have made it their goal to exterminate humanity and the world. Best known is Cthulhu, who came to Earth several million years ago. Unfortunately, a curse banished him to R’lyeh, the city under the sea. There he slumbers until the stars align in the right constellation – at least in theory.

Since, as expected, it’s pretty wet and cold in R’lyeh, how is one supposed to sleep there? Actually, Cthulhu could be quite comfortable there, safely guarded by the fish-like Deep Ones. But his cold feet keep waking him up. He can’t go on like this, he has to recharge his batteries for his future world domination!

So he has come up with something special: the Cthulhu Hot Water Bottle. After all, he wants the followers of his cult to be comfy and cosy until they need to be ready for the apocalypse. The soft fabric cover shows the Great Old One in all his eerie beauty, with his tentacle face and plush wings. All you have to do is fill the hot water bottle with approx. 1.8 litres of hot water and you’ll be warm, whether you’re under the Pacific Ocean or wherever you want to worship Cthulhu.

It goes without saying that you should treat this god-like creature with extreme care and only wash it by hand. Its delicate wings could otherwise be damaged in the washing machine.
